Make the Gym more fun

Gym? It is very saturated activity. A lot of people were lazy to go to the Gym. Why? It is a bored activity. Just waste the time and get sweat after that get tired.It is true, but do you know that the gym is very useful for our health, mainly for lost your fat. It is more effective than do the diet because it is burn a lot of fat.


weight overcity are one of the motivator  to go to the gym and do exercises but sometimes it is very boring activities. Of course it it boring if we do the same activity in many times and don't have activity changes.
So if you want make your gym's time so fun,you must pay attention about how to get the fun gym,thi is some tips may be make your gym become fun time.

  • Close pair of your eyes. Close your eyes during your exercises, try to be relaxed and enjoy the gym condition. You can can imagine that you are in the biggest tornament.  When you are  use the bike you can imagine that you are in the tour Japan and again you see the beautiful girl and sexy watching you and cheers on you. This way can motivated you by your visualisation acuity. How to visualise is how you can attain your first goal to going gym see Visualise of your happy life can make you more fun
  • Vary the workout and activities routine . Try to vary your activities is one of the way to reduce your boring in do the same activities in many time. Try to revere your routinities together. This simple action will allow your mind to get up a little.If you feel boring,just stay calm and take a nap looking for the new technique and learn new style of your exercise to make kind of variation in your activities.
  • Try it with your friend as your partner. It is not bad to allow your friend get the gym together because he can be your partner and do some exercise together. Most of people like partners as their motivators and their partner sharing how the best way to do exercise, cheers you when you are boring. They also can help you when you in trouble in doing exercise.


    • Still listen to your main goals. You can wrote in a piece of paper what the mainly you do the exercise at gym. For example: Write an article ‘Change your life with a computer and a headset’ if you tried this it means you can listen to your goals whilst at the gym. It can be your motivation to do an exercise. I think this is a great way to focus on your goals whilst getting fit and losing weight at the same time.
    • Join a class. This can be an excellent motivator as you automatically try a little harder when other people are around pushing you that little bit further

    • Push yourself some more. When I first started going to the gym I was running at the same pace, lifting the same amount of weights, and rowing at the same pace. Now I tray and add a little every week. I used to run 5 miles per hour (a 12 minute mile) now I have pushed myself to run 6.5 miles per hour (just over a 9 minute mile). I have also managed to row 1000 meters in 4 minutes which was a great achievement for me. I can lift heavier weights, cycle faster, run faster etc. This is a great motivator for me as I am the type to push myself all the time and love competition.
